About the Archives

What types of materials are located in the archives?

The archives at T.J. Jones Library are home to numerous materials that represent the many time periods and facets of NCU history. This includes but is not limited to the following types of materials:

  • Rare books
  • Yearbooks
  • Photographs
  • Pieces of clothing
  • Blueprints
  • Letters
  • Sermon notes

Are the archives open to patrons?

Patrons may be granted access to certain areas of the archives or may be allowed to view items from the archives upon request. Requests are reviewed by library staff on a case-by-case basis.

How can I request to view materials from the archives?

Patrons may request to view materials from the archives by emailing library@northcentral.edu. 

How can I donate materials to the archives?

Please email library@northcentral.edu if you are interested in donating materials such as photos, artifacts, or other archival items to T.J. Jones Library.
