When I was about four years old, my favorite book to check out from the library was called "Molly Goes to the Library." This must have been a sign of things to come, because ever since then, I have been passionate about libraries and the important roles they play in the community.
I graduated from North Central with a bachelor's in English Literature, and pursued my Master of Library and Information Science from St. Kate's.
Some of my hobbies (aside from the obvious - reading) include spending time with my husband and friends, frequenting local bookstores and coffee shops, and baking.

During my undergrad at North Central, I was able to work as a library assistant at the TJ Jones Library. While I was taking classes on how to become an effective and empathetic educator, I was secretly falling in love with libraries and their importance within the community that they serve.
When I graduated from North Central with my undergrad in secondary education, I knew that there was only one path for me to take: pursue a master’s in Library Science and pursue a career working in this environment that I had grown to love.
When I am not completing my grad work or shamelessly shopping for the next book to add to my ongoing recreation of Beast’s library, you can find me snuggling up with my latest read dreaming of my next adventure in the great wide somewhere.

Some of my earliest and fondest memories are of dry paper and book glue in my local library! I leaned into my love of library atmosphere and worked as an Library Assistant at T.J. Jones while I was a student at NCU.
After graduating with a degree in Theatre, I worked for five years as a Supervisor a small, family-owned coffee shop (Starbucks). I’m excited to be back at NCU and look forward to providing students will all the resources they need to succeed.
A few of my favorite things include musicals, theatre, high fantasy, and writing!

When I was in elementary school, I had a lot of trouble reading and dreaded picking up any books. (I was learning to do so in my first and second languages at the same time) My aunt gave me the Junie. B Jones series as a birthday present. I did not stop reading them until I had finished all 29 books. Ever since then, I have loved reading and exploring libraries. I am deeply passionate about learning and helping others.
I graduated from North Central with a bachelor's in Biblical Theology and am pursuing my Master of Biblical Theology-in Biblical Languages degree. I also want to obtain a Master of Library and Information Science degree.
Some of my favorite pastimes include spending time with my husband and our cockapoo, Finn, frequenting record stores and hiking, and cooking.
